Theory: If I feel safe, I could relax. If I could feel safe and relaxed, I could focus and heal.
Theory: If I feel trust, I could feel safe giving respect. If I could feel safe trusting and giving respect, I could share control.
Theory: If I believe in a sense of balance, I could believe in a type of consistency to achieve that balance. If I could be consistent with my sense of balance, I could hold boundaries to sustain my outcomes.
Theory: If I feel a type of loving feeling, my trust could be allowing me to feel that love. If I could allow myself to feel that love, I could feel safe committing to continue that loving feeling.
Stable Memory : Stable (clean) Energy : Stable Self-Consciousness
Theory: If I resolve memory (i.e., cognitive, emotional, spiritual, physical, and somatic memory) and create a stable experience with that memory, I could trust myself to access, utilize, and store my memory safely and confidently. If I could trust a stable memory utility, I could create general stable (clean) internal energy over time and rebalance. If I could trust my stable memory, I could experience stable self-consciousness.
TFSCM Key Notes: (1) The act of intentionally, safely resonating can represent a form of stable attachment and develop (clean) energy. (2) Like a triangle with congruent or equal vertices, sides, and angles, equality can represent stability, and vice versa, making it appear infinite by logic. (3) I could arrive at the frequency of each point or collective layers of relative triangles with effort that is tailored to how my body is genetically predisposed to handle challenges and experiences - we are the experts of ourselves. (4) A socially just and culturally competent approach to care is critical to its balance and integrity. (5) When two relative points are achieved, the third relative point could be logically considered.
The TFSCM or the Infinity Triangle concept was created in 2021 and developed by Assuage's (Utah) founder, in support of finding relief from traumatic distress via a lens of stability & stable attachment.
Based upon empirical foundations, professional training, and experience, the technique of delicate flower meditation (DFM) is ambient-guided facilitation. Diaphragmatic breath work, proprioception, interoception, and neuroception awareness are integrated with modalities of self-regulation, body scanning, passion work, and safe space - tailored to specific care. Elements of prolonged exposure therapy may be gently incorporated as clients are ready, and it is initially clinically recommended. This is partly what sets DFM apart from other empirically-based meditative modalities.
DFM was developed to support stabilization of Veteran and community care - to people bravely coping with traumatic or acute stress, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, panic, polyvagal irregularity and fragility, and frequent activation.
DFM reached full practice by 2023, created and developed by the founder of Assuage.
Flowers can have the strongest foundations of life, strength, and resilience underneath.
