A Virtual Mental Health Clinic
Independently created & developed in 2021 by Founder & Combat
Veteran Peter B. Conder, in support of finding relief from trauma via a lens of stability & stable attachment.
Important Notes: (1) The act of resonating is a form of attachment. (2) Like a triangle with congruent or equal vertices, sides, and angles, equality then becomes stability, and vice versa. (3) How do I arrive & just be at the frequency of each point and collectively?
Theory: If I feel safe, I can relax. If I can feel safe and relaxed, I could focus and heal.
Theory: If I feel trust, I can feel safe giving respect. If I can feel safe trusting and giving respect, I could share control.
Theory: If I believe in a sense of balance, I believe in a type of consistency to achieve that balance. If I can be consistent with my sense of balance, I could hold boundaries to sustain my outcomes.
Theory: If I feel a type of loving feeling, my trust is allowing me to feel that love. If I can allow myself to feel that love, I could feel safe committing to continue that loving feeling.
A level of safety with a relaxed mind plays a key role in establishing each Infinity Triangle.
Relaxation and safety can be the point of binding Triangles together, to create increased stability with each added layer or Triangle.
The journey of obtaining any level of stability is individualistic.
Developing an Infinity Triangle may not create adequate stability each time, it will take effort.
Attachment can be formed in respective degrees with development of each Infinity Triangle - as attachment is critical for a space to heal, and vice versa.

Based upon empirical foundations and professional experience, Delicate Flower Meditation (DFM) is a technique derived from principles of ASSUAGE's (Utah) Infinity Triangle - utilizing diaphragmatic breath work, proprioception, interoception, neuroception - with modalities of Mindfulness, intentional relaxation, body scanning, and safe space - interventioned with ambient-guided facilitation, bilateral stimulation, and preferred stimulus space.
This distinguished movement was developed in an effort to champion global communities to regain stabilization since COVID-19 - simultaneous to providing improved quality support to fellow Combat Vets, Veterans, and Others struggling with traumatic distress, chronic distress, anxiety, depression, panic, acute stress, certain challenges with Level 1 Autism, polyvagal irregularity and fragility, frequent activation, PTSD, etc.
DFM reached full practice by 2023, created and developed Peter B. Conder LCMHC | CCTP | OIF-OEF Combat Veteran.
